How long until I hear back?
During working hours, you’ll hear from us within 2 hours. If you submit the form overnight or at the weekend, it’ll land in the inbox first thing next morning and one of the coordinators will be in touch.
Is the quote really free? And is it binding?
Yes – both. Surveys and quotes are free, with no deposit needed to hold a date. Once a coordinator has walked the rooms, the figure we send you is fixed and won’t change between survey and invoice – unless you add or remove items yourself.
What information do you need from me?
ust the basics on the form – your name, contact details, and a rough idea of the move (house, office, international, storage). For an accurate quote we’ll then book a free on-site survey at a time that suits you, usually within a few days. The survey takes around 30 minutes and there’s no obligation after.
How far in advance should I get a quote?
The earlier the better. 2-4 weeks gives us the best shot at the date you’d ideally want, especially for Fridays, bank holidays and end-of-month slots. That said, we’ll always try to help with short-notice moves – we’ve turned around same-week jobs before, so it’s worth asking either way.
