One of our team visits both sites, maps the relocation, and flags anything that needs specialist handling – from raised flooring and lift capacity to IT decommission windows. You’ll have a fixed quote and a project timeline within 48 hours.
2. Pre-move prep and crate drop
We deliver your crates in advance, issue inventory labels, and coordinate with your IT team on server shutdown windows. Your project manager runs a pre-move walkthrough with your facilities lead the day before.
3. Relocation and reinstall
We relocate overnight, at a weekend, or in agreed phases – whatever your business needs. Furniture rebuilt, IT reconnected, crates collected. Your team walks in on Day One and gets back to work.

Yes. Server racks, workstations, monitors and telecoms equipment are packed and transported by trained staff. We work to your IT team’s labelling and floor plan so equipment arrives in the right place at your new premises.
Can you provide storage if our new office is not ready?
Yes. We can load your office contents into secure storage containers at your Cheshire premises and hold them at either depot until your new site is ready.
Do you dismantle and reassemble office furniture?
